Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information morarealtyantigua.com collects, why, and the choices you have. We have kept it in plain language on purpose.
Who we are
MORA Realty Antigua Ltd. is the real estate brokerage of MORA Group, based in Antigua and Barbuda.
If you have any question about your information, or want us to update or delete it, email hello@morarealtyantigua.com and we will respond promptly.
When you contact us
If you use the contact form, we receive what you type: your name, your email address, your phone number if you share it, what you are interested in, and your message. We use it to reply to you and to understand what you are looking for. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Form submissions are stored securely by Netlify, the service that hosts this website, and are visible only to the MORA team. We keep messages for up to 24 months so we can pick up the conversation where it left off, then delete them. If you would like your message deleted sooner, just ask.
Booking a call
Our booking links go to Calendly, a third-party scheduling service. Anything you enter there, such as your name, email, and the time you pick, is handled by Calendly under its own privacy policy, which is linked on the booking page. We see the booking details you submit so we can hold the appointment.
Analytics cookies
If you accept analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site: which pages are read, how people arrive, and roughly where visitors are from. This helps us make the site more useful. It does not tell us who you are.
Google Analytics sets cookies whose names begin with _ga. They stay on your device for up to two years unless you clear them or withdraw consent, in which case we remove them.
Advertising cookies
If you accept advertising, we use Google Ads to measure whether our ads bring people to the site, and to show our ads to people who have visited before (sometimes called remarketing). Google Ads sets cookies whose names begin with _gcl. If you withdraw consent later, we remove them.
You can also control the ads Google shows you across the web, independently of this site, at Google's Ads Settings page (adssettings.google.com) or through the Digital Advertising Alliance's opt-out tools.
Your choices
Neither kind of cookie is set until you choose. Both switches in our cookie banner start off, and declining is as easy as accepting. The site works fully either way.
You can change your mind at any time through the link in the footer. If you switch something off after accepting it, we deny that purpose and remove its cookies.
You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Where your information goes
We use a small number of trusted services to run this site: Netlify hosts the site and stores contact form submissions, and Google provides analytics and advertising if you consent to them. These providers process data on servers outside Antigua and Barbuda, including in the United States, under their own security and privacy commitments.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the services named in this policy.
Your rights
Under Antigua and Barbuda's Data Protection Act, you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do any of these, email hello@morarealtyantigua.com. We will confirm what we hold and act on your request.
If you are visiting from Canada, Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) may also apply to how your information is handled, and the same rights and contact route apply.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle a request, you can raise it with the Information Commissioner in Antigua and Barbuda.
How long we keep information
Contact form messages are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Analytics and advertising cookies expire on the schedules above, or sooner if you withdraw consent. Booking details live in Calendly under its retention rules.

If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and the date below. This policy was last updated on .
